I came across a thriller of a TV show that is going to air soon. its some BS like jersey shore...and I think is going to create a lot of buzz. now my question is if registering domains containing its keywords would have trademark issues ? though I already bought some great ones !! It could be a gossip blog for my niece and I can take advantage of its traffic ? What do you think ?

It probably is a trademark issue however you can just make it look like a fanblog and chances are they wont mind as long as it isnt a blatent mfa or commercial site

    Hi !!

You can try to have user generated content (reviews) about the show and have good traffic with little effort. Post news about the actors or related to the show and you're good to go.
I don't think you will have any problem if you stay as a fanpage.

Yep, most likely you will have TM issues with it...

If the show is very successful, my guess is you will have TM issues.
