This one uses Yahoo ads. You can see it up top at the right side. It is framed yes, but is still somewhat visible. So they are violating Yahoo policy. You would need to report them to Yahoo.

LOL also putting keywords in the box with ads so that they get different results. Not even attempting to hide them.

Must be on a rotation. I had to try it about 6 times and then got Google ads. LOL so they are breaking both of their TOS. Well go for broke I guess.

Did you guys check both source codes for the ads. One on top is Yahoo and the one on bottom is Google. It just hit me to check it and that is what he is doing. Now there is a big no no also. LOL.

still showing two google ads for me at that URL. On refresh it shows 1 YPN and 1 Google.

I suspect he has a rotation script going on...

I have to wonder how it is that you came by all these obviously warez sites. Tread in the warez trade yourself, do you? Looking to ruin your competition, perhaps? Or just a pirate looking to steal software? Kinda strange that you came by so many warez sites, is all...

I have a bad experience with a warez guy...

I have decent forum. On that people report about google TOS violations. Because of that a guy hacked my forum last Month. I close that thread on my forum. And i dont want click bombed. Thats why i share the links here. thats it.

I have another list of TOS violators ( non-warez sites). The above sites are blindly breach the TOS.

It's a good idea not to post the urls as "live links"... so then violators won't know what the referring url is, so they can't come here and click bomb digitalpoint and anyone with links in their sigs. for example, post as:

    www . whateversite . com

Also, you can make a simple php script for your forum to hide the referring url for out-bound links.

Yep just white boxes now. They were banned for sure. If people would do things honestly they would not have these issues.
