Some tips for derectory submission ..?

I am new to seo field .
So please write some quality tips for directory submission that I should keep in mind while working on that..

 

Write several quality descriptions of your website. Don't use the same description of your site for every single directory submission.

The search engines don't like duplicate content. Alternate between at least 5 different copies of your websites description.

If you are so keen in directory submission then you can go to dmoz.org and can note down the things you need to have while doing a submission..!!
Once you submit your site there, you will have a fair idea of how it works..!!

Then you can go to thousands of directories and submit you site there..!

Pay someone else a couple of dollars to do it.
99% of the directories out there don't even get crawled - it's not worth wasting time on

go for some good directories. Its home should be atleast pr2. You wont get any benefit if you submit different directories in the same IP. so check for it.
Select the correct category.

Directory submission is boring to me.I submitted in Dmoz atleast 11 months before but I don't get listed yet.

 

invest time only for quality directories, the rest is really worthless
