    You are allowed to put your ads on unlimited number of sites..
    Theres no need to create another account (in fact, its against Adsense TOS to have multiple account).

    You are allow to use your adsense code on multi website, it is accepted by adsense.
    Adsense just do not allow you to own more then 1 adsense account

    You can put the adsense code to many website...There is no limit...
    Yup..You will get banned if u create another account

    i guess only 3 banner ads are allowed but you can still put link ads and search box.
