Some suggestions needed for my site

I'm the proud owner of Big Chicos Movie Blog. We get anywhere from 30,000 to 50,000 page views a month, and have been up for over a year. The problem is I want to take it to the next level. By that I mean getting 100,000 to 500,000 page views a month. Any ideas for the site are welcome as well as criticism. I want to be able to do this full time in 2 years. I don't have deep pockets but I do have a little put away for the right strategy. Anywho, thanks for any advice.

Syndication would help. Also being a guest blogger on other sites like mine.

Its a good start, you have a decent PR 3 and Alexa of sub 500,000.

For the site I would recommend a re-design to a "tighter" design. It seems that your content is all over the page, and spread out too much. For example I just did a site recently for this guy
rawautos.com, and its a lot more organized than what you have now. As far as traffic I would just do back link building, and perhaps get involved in social media. I didn't notice any Facebook/Twitters/etc
    on your website.

    Just my 2 cents

    1. Make it load faster (believe me, it really really helps for return visitors). You can do this by caching for wordpress, switching a faster host, etc.
    2. Build your brand by creating an app of some sort (for iPhone or Android).
    3. Hire a professional to create a memorable logo (Again this comes back to branding).
    4. Develop some functionality beyond basic Wordpress stuff

    Just some ideas, good luck!
