Buying Some small php code jobs and web 2.0 design

    Would like to hire a coder with web design experience. Would like to integrate a banner management on my site with a admin panel. And also to provide a Web 2.0 feel to the design of my site.

    As I am on a tight budget constrain, I would only hire coders with reasonable quotes. 2ndly I will only pay when job is completed as I have previous bad experience with coders who take 1/2 the deposit and disappeared.
