    I understand bid increment and bin... But what is reserve?

    Should I get accounts at GoDaddy, NameCheap... And which more?
    (I assume that sometimes will enable free "push"? I.e. no cost transferring domains?)

    Do I need to get those accounts before buying?

    Reserve - Price below which an owner is not prepared to sell at auction.

    You can get free accounts at namecheap, godaddy etc......... You can create them now or at the time of making a deal.
