Hello, I would like to know what is the different between 32 and 64 bits CentOS . Now I'm using 32 bit OS ,but my CPU is 64 bits :

    AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+
    2GB DDR2 RAM

Will I have more productivity if I have 64 bit OS ?

Some hosting platforms have problems with 64 bit support. What were you planning on running?

If you have more than 4 GB RAM, go for 64-bit OS. You can use more memory in 64-bit.

To fully utilize the power of 64bit hardware u should use 64bit OS.
64 systems have more width for data transfer so provides greater speed.
They also support higher memory support (RAM).
