Some questions regarding PayPal and Debit/Credit Card.

    Hello Friends,
    I have a few questions regarding PayPal and Debit Card/Credit Card.
    I'm in Malaysia. I don't have a Credit Card. But, I do have a debit card. My questions are;

    - Is it possible for me to add Debit Card to verify my account?

    - Can I withdraw money using my Debit Card? I've just found in one forum that if I withdraw money using debit card PayPal will block my account. Is that true?

    - I know it's odd question to ask, but, how does a credit card actually work? For example; if I withdraw money using Credit Card how exactly can I withdraw money from Credit Card? So far I know Credit Card is only for loan purposes. When I will withdraw money using Credit Card that means it's not a loan. Right?

    Can anyone answer my questions please?

    First of all ..
    Does your debit card allows payment in US Dollars and if it is possible then you can easily add it in Paypal ..

    You can withdraw money to your VISA Debit/ Credit Cards AFAIK.

    Witdrawing funds from Credit Card means that Bank is giving you a loan for some time which you need to payback in specified time so that your money does not get any penalty or any dues..

    Your Paypal will not get limited by usage of Debit Cards but if in case it gets limited you need to present physical proof i.e. debit card statement which will remove your card limitation..

    1.Yes it possible but the debit card must have Visa logo such as PB visa electron

    2.Yes you can withdraw via debit card and PP does not block your ac

    3.If you withdraw to your credit card,then your credit card balance will be in negative or it will work this way
    amount you have spent using credit card minus the withdraw amount

    Nice to meet you..
    I guess the best way for malaysian to withdraw money from
    Paypal is Visa Debit Card, either take it from CIMB or Public..

    For CIMB you can register online and go to your nearest
    Post Office and pay the payment, plus collect your card
    on the same place when the card arrived..

    For Public, you can either register online or get a Public Bank account..

    I guess CIMB is the best by far, because low charges and fast transfer..
    For Public they are quite stable and reliable..
