Hey everyone, I am currently running a network of free hosting services and solutions.

I have google adsense that will be one of my sources of revenue as the network expands.

I want to know however, will Google ban me if I place ads on my image hosting website and some members upload adult material or nude pictures?

Also, I will offer free hosting accounts which will have forced google ads on the top and bottom. Same situation, will Google ban my adsense account?

Of course, I will lay rules strictly to tell members adult material and other illegal content or images is prohibited.

    Please advise. Thanks!

You are responsible for what your users will host on your server. If you decided to use adsense, make sure that content policy is well covered. No adult, no gambling. So I think yes, eventually GoogleAdSense will contact you if it found out about adult content in your AdSense pages.

First, you would need to be strict about it in your TOS that Adult Material, Gambling Material, and Illegal Material is prohibited.

They can still skip the strict rules and host adult pictures, then it is your responsability to keep an eye on your accounts and your server to delete anything illegal from your pages and make it clean.
