    I am new to paypal and have some queries.
    I have a personal acount.

    What is the maximum limit of sending, receiving and keeping money if my account is unverified?

    For how much time can I keep my account unverified.?

    Does paypal accepts VCC now also?

    Where can I get CHEAPEST VCC to verify my account ?

    you cand receive unlimited but for sending only allow up to $100..better you have to verify you PP

    The maximum limit of sending depends on the country you choose at the time of sign up. Normally the sending limit is $100.

    It is better you make your paypal account verified as soon as possible.

    Yes paypal accepts VCC for verification.

    There are various sites where you can get VCC for paypal verification. The price is around $10-$15. But selling of VCC is not allowed in this forum thats why I can't post more.

    I think sending limit is increased $500 in Aug - Sep.

    There are many scam VCC selling sites. They never send VCCs. The best way is to verfiy PayPal using your credit card. If you don't have a credit card you can use a Payoneer card.

    yes,too dangerous..cause they may ask for your cc statement which you dont have

    I believe you could just not verify your account and add your credit card to increase the limit. However, I am not sure if this still works as I did this a long time ago. Virtual Credit Cards do work when adding onto the Paypal account. When I added my credit card, I believe my limit was raised to $9,000 however it depends on which country you are from. You could keep your account unverified as long as you want but eventually you might get it verified because of the sending/withdrawl limits.
