Some questions about VPS hosting

I have some quick questions about vps hosting
    1. What happens when your sites reach max. limits of vps? Do they become sluggish?
    2. Does vps plan usually come with a cpanel
    3. Is it possible to have vps plan with WHM?
    4. Has anyone seen any solid, reliable web hosts offer p4 servers under $50 (must be in web hosting business for more than 3 years)

Thanks in advance to anyone who clarifies

Depending on the virtualization software used, most servers will start killing processes until the load comes back down to a reasonable level. This is only in terms of CPU and RAM. When a customer reaches max disk space or bandwidth, companies either charge additional fees or stop the usage at that point.

Most companies offer this control panel but it usually comes with an additional fee, you could be looking at around $15/month.

If you purchase cPanel with the server, WHM is bundled in.

Most definitely, there are many budget hosts out there who have been operating for a long time. BurstNET comes to mind.

I suppose that now you need to learn your current usages to make sure how mucg to you need. VPS that is as usual dedicated server and you can install or run there whatever you need
FYI: applying for the VPS bear in mind that CP you are planning to use will use the part of YOUR VPS.
That is vital to bear in mind while counting your needs

If you are planing a VPS or DED, please make sure you know how to manage a server and OS. most of the times it comes un-managed. If you don't know how to manage a server consider a managed VPS/DED or hire a management company.

If you are getting a VPS or a dedi you should get it fully managed. A VPS comes with cPanel/WHM if you order it like that.
