hello all, i will use adwords to promote a lots of sites,can i creat a agent account? for example,i can creat a major account,then creat a lots of subaccounts,every subaccount manage one site,the subaccount can modify there keywords and unit price independently.

I don't think you need to pass the exam to be able to manage multiple accounts. Unless they have changed it.
