YES YES YES.
Its your blog, so you can put any advertisements in your blog.
If your blog is hosted by "wordpress.com", you won't be able to put ads.
Other wise if you have a self hosted blog or a blogger hosted blog, you can put all kinds of ads.

 

Just try and choose a theme that will best accomodate your ad plans for it.

There is no problem with putting links to other sites on a wordpress blog.

 

you can put anything in your blog that you want . you can customize your blog theme according to your need by addinng codes in wordpress theme files.

 

yes use widgets to put all these.
