Some question about paypal

My acc is limited and can't be opened again. It's premium acc. I just wanna ask, can i make one another acc --> personal acc. If in my opinion, i can do it, because i still have a aright to open 2 acc since it's not premium acc again, right?
So, i just open a new bank acc, and i can open paypal acc again, right?

But i wanna ask about this first since i fear i'm againts paypal rules.

Anyway, if this is againts paypal rules, there is some question :
    1. how can paypal know that the people who make new personal acc is me? Will paypal request to my local bank to know about my personal data? If it's yes, isn't that againts bank ethics ???

    2. can paypal tracking my IP? If yes, how about if i'm using dynamic IP?

Yes. Paypal allowed 2 accounts (personal and premier/business) for individual.

Why don't you remove limitations from your limited account ? Its not really tough if you provide them your correct data.

    DON.

If you currently have an account which can't be restored, you are unable to create another account. Yes, you are allowed to have up to two accounts, but in your case it sounds like you are being prevented from conducting business which would be a problem arising from your side from what I'm gathering from very few details.

They might be able to link your new account with your old account and limit that one as well.

The best way out for you is to try and find a solution to remove the limitations imposed by paypal...Talk to them about the problem and show your willingness to comply for the better....

I am sure things would work out positively.....It is simply futile to find an easy way out of this mess.

Yep RightMan hit the nail on the head. Call them up and speak to a real person, it will be much easier and straighter then going back to and fro with emails...been there lol.

Head to PayPal.com and hit the Contact link (footer, bottom of page) then login to your account and they'll provide you with their number -- too easy!

I've been through it all and I've done it all, including talking with both their junior tier and senior tier staff. It is the same answer. "Your business is at risk with us. We are sorry we cannot permit you to conduct your business through us". This is despite the fact that I provided them with whatever they wanted, my photo id, my address proof, my medical papers, my utility bills, my bank statements. All sent via their online email uploader and then a few of them via fax (along with their fax cover). :(

This happened to me as well and I called and I requested to close my account to open a new one and they only asked me to verify my credit card on the account after that they closed the account, however if you owe paypal money then your account will remain open and locked down until you pay them back (obviously)

I forgot to mention in my previous reply that my card was verified.. this is the email they sent me prior to verification

    this was followed by:

I do not owe Paypal any money. On the other hand, they owe me $1.95 which was charged from my credit card for verification.

thx for all advice. But my problem is, even i'm already explain all with honestly, that my business is not risky and not illegal, paypal not understand me....

Ok, allowed or no, i will make another paypal acc. There is 2 alternative :
    - to create new one with the different data (different name --> i'll use my friend data, i'm already ask to my friend and it's allowed by him)
    - to create new one with my name, but using another bank acc and address....

will paypal know ? if yes, how paypal can know that the account is created by me?
tracking ip? ask for my data from bank account?

If, at a later stage, paypal asks you to verify your identity or asks you to submit your bank statement, it will have the same address, you might fall in problems. However if you have a different bank account with a different address, it might work. Overall I find it as risky.

Actually paypal is always tracking the Ip for every member, that's their way to make sure that your account is secure

This happened to me as well. My previous PayPal account (opened in October 2007) got limited after two months. I was not able to verify it because I used a fake name (a stupid mistake) which resulted to $200+ lost. I then created a new account (using my real name and the same computer and IP) and it is the one that I use to this day.
