Some Question about Adsense

I have some questions about adsense:

1. Two lines 'advertise on this site' and 'Ads by Goooooogle' appear on ads. i have not participated in online advertiser sign up program and got first line removed but is there any method to remove the second one, I mean this line labels theses ads as 'ads' and no one is going to click on them unless they find them really interesting.

2.Can my brother sign up for the adsense given the fact that i have an adsense account & share the same address with him.

3. 90 days Referral Rule: Is it really effective? i would like to know How many of you (and your referrals) earned $100 within 90 days of sign up?

1- Ads by google cannot be removed, it's against tos
2- yes he can
3- Is effective but is 180days and not 90 i believe...I've had a few clicks, but no conversions so...They should change it to 180000 days just to be sure

google says Firefox installations and picasa can earn up to $1 but I just get $0.10 per install ??
