Some purchasers not returning to site after making payment

    I had a script developed for my site using PayPal to make a purchase, then return to the site to submit their details.

    However, not all purchasers are being returned to the site after making payment. I haven't been able to duplicate this error myself, so I don't know why it's happening. Also, I don't know whether the code has been designed correctly to do what I want. Should purchasers automatically be returned to the site, or should they click a link? Is it possible to return them automatically?

    I don't know what to check, the code or my PayPal account, to see if the problem can be fixed. I don't know why some people have problems but others don't.

    Can anyone help please?
