some problm with he homepage in wordpress

can anyone help me with the homepage.

I am facing an error issue first of all on the top after I upgraded it to the latest version of wordpress.

secondly I want to put drop down menu if possible in the header section which I am not able to..

I suppose the problem is the google analytics plugin that it is not updated. Maybe you can disable it and see if the line "pageTracker._initData(); pageTracker._trackPageview(); } catch(err) {}" still displays itself.
