    1. Make sure your hosting has the GD Library installed.
    2. Also check with template provider.

    you can disable capcha.

But remember, in order for it to work, you need the GD library installed.
I would put in a request to your hosting for them to install it for you.
Afterall, you are a paying customer right? :)

Ok do below given things and see if its helpful to you.

First remove captcha.class.php from include directory and again upload it properly. (Maybe this file not uploaded it properly)

Then disable image validation through admin panel and then enable it again.

Same captcha problem with me too because GD not installed.
I have disabled the captcha but receiving lot of spam submissions.
If there any other mod other than captcha which help us in preventing spam ?

because not every single site is located on 1 server.

each server isn't setup the same, and while his other servers may have gd library installed, this particular one does not, and therefore capcha is unable to run correctly.

have you checked the IPs and compared them to the other directories running on their respectve server(s)? Do they mix or do they match?

is directory #1 located on 123.456.789.000
and directory #2 located on 123.456.789.000
and this directory located on 999.999.111.111

    check on that.

Just checking up on you seoindiaweb... were you able to get this resolved with your hosting and were you able to check the IP's of the hosting servers to distinguish whether or not they are indeed on different servers?
