    So you have the router that goes out to the 2 switches?

    Hi,

    Could you provide a diagram of the current setup? Something like this is what I get from your post.

    InternetConnection1 ---> Switch1 ---> Computer N

    InternetConnection2 ---> Switch2 ---> Computer X

    Code (markup):
    If you do not actually have two internet connections you can connect the the new switch to the old switch using a cross-over cable (or a straight-through cable with an uplink port).

    This type of task is generally best handled by a on-site technician as we can only offer guesses at the cause of the problem.

    On at least one computer from each switch copy and paste the results of ipconfig /all on windows or ifconfig -a on *nix machines.
