    Hello,

I've been looking and researching to buy some premium websites for the past few months, and I would like to get some feedback as to where I should look and what I should look for...

I've been in eCommerce for many years but I need something a bit more fun and profitable, now.

    I've been lurking around Flippa.com, Wesellyoursite.com, and DigitalPoint.com

I look forward to your responses.

As already mentioned Flippa is a great place to buy websites. If you are looking for more high-end purchases also try bizquest.com or bizbuysell.com However 2 websites do not focus directly on websites they also sell conventional 'brick and mortar' businesses

well i bought a business site at flippa for $200 last year in June, and it was a new site without any traffic or revenue, the guy had made it just few before he put it on flippa for sale, and i had intuition that it'll succeed because i liked the business service idea that that site provided, and now a days, i'm earning some good money with it these days by offering that service to offline clients in US and Canada. [won't tell service being offered as it's my commercial secret]

Instead of buying a website off of Flippa you're way better of creating one of your own from scratch. Sites sold on Flippa are so extremely overpriced that you might as well hire someone to get a site custom made for you.

It sounds like the website is generating leads for offline businesses :)

Nope, I'm actually providing a service to offline businesses, a kind of offshore operation for them.

As for generating leads, I'm already doing it in real estate, and few other good niches, and my rates are $30-$100 depending upon the niche and its lead. I must say that for any one who's looking to make some money and I mean good money but is also at the same time willing to put in effort and time, then capturing leads and then selling them is a good business model. But you must have some SEO knowledge as you need to get your lead capturing site in up in SERPs.

I agree that you'd do well creating your own premium sites or having someone create them for you. You can create these sites around niches that you think are fun and exciting.

There are plenty of people that you can find to create these sites for you for dirt cheap. You'd spend a lot less doing it this way.

QuietLight brokerage has a few sites for sale. They typically require a NDA to be signed and returned before offering details about the site for sale. Sites typically seem to be in the low 6 figure range.
