Some people can not see my websites background color?

    I have a new website and some people are unable to see then background color. Here is the URL (it should be deep red with faint darker red lines):

    Please help me out on this if you can. The person who could not see the lines was using IE 9.

    Maybe there could be a problem in his browser. I have checked it out and have no problem in your website display.

    true, there is only rc of ie8 on its way. however, I see the bg, it is striped red.
