Some people are nutz, chavez create his own time zone

    President Hugo Chavez wants Venezuelan clocks turned back half an hour and he wants it done in record time -- next Monday.
    The shift will allow children to wake up for school in daylight instead of before sunrise, Chavez said. More

    for me it's simple... if the sun just above my head, than it 12 o'clock for sure
