Some people are getting a blank page when accessing my store

I recently had my store redesigned and it uses a lot of CSS. For most, the store works great. However, I'm getting more and more complaints that some people are getting a light blue background and nothing else. Basically, a blank page. That's not good for business!

Here's a link to the store. Any input is appreciated.

I like the site a lot and it looks fine for me using IE6.

You need to find out what browsers have problems and either test it yourself or ask people here who use that browser to test it for you.

Also try getting people to send screenshots if possible.

    2 things I notice...

    1) There are a load of blank lines before the start of anything in the page source

    2) You don't have a DOCTYPE at the start

How about your hosting? If your hosting provider have overloaded server, occasionally you will have "partial web page" downloading (usually shown in your AWstats). Maybe similar thing is happening when a page doesn't load at all.

The store was working perfectly until the redesign, then the complaints so it must be the code.

Thanks. I'm going to mention this to the developer this morning.

Seems to be mostly Windows XP Pro. It's odd because some people have no trouble and others do. ??

Those experiencing problems are getting a blanck page with just the background blue.

I use XP pro, I would think its more to do with the browser than the operating system.

Does the page validate at http://validator.w3.org/ ?
