One can withdraw only in INR from indian paypal account as far as i know. Currency conversion depends on exchange rate that time.

It will be converted automatically by paypal to indian currency, but you'll get lower exchange rate than what it should be. Lower exchange rate is the paypal's fee. If you have 100USD and you convert in your account from USD->EUR->USD for example, your balance will be 97USD, if i'm not mistaken.

One more thing that one needs to pay 50 INR as a fee too for withdrawal less then 7000 INR. No fee for withdrawal more then 7000 INR.

If you transfer $200 to your account, then it'll be free. Though, the USD->INR conversion rate is not exactly the same as the current market price. It is generally Rs. 1.2-1.5 less than the current exchange rate.

It depends on final value of INR.

I said earlier that you don't have to pay any fees for withdrawal > 7000 INR and you need to pay 50 INR for withdrawal < 7000 INR.

The conversion rate for PP is very low, suppose today's $ value in India is 45RS then PP will give 44.11 something like that (app 1 rupee). Also 50 rs will be charged for withdrawals less than 7000. You cannot withraw the currency in dollars to your bank account.

Adsense has two options - Indian publishers can withdraw in USD or INR.

Does Paypal offer a similar option too?

I can't find any such option in my Paypal account.

When I try to add a new bank account to Paypal, this is what I see:
