Hi,

my current paypal has been blocked a good 1-2 months, I got a new ISP lately... If I register another paypal and keep it unvefied..(cash goes in) will paypal find out?

I changed emails + Internet providers...

Also some guy helped me renew a domain frm name.com, will his chargeback be successful?I am worried I might loose the domain.

 

If you are comfortable using unverified paypal account, surely... you can use another account with different ISP.

I do not quite get your second question? If you renewed a domain and paid for it... where is the question of a chargeback?

Right, someone did me a favour and renewed the domain but he is suspicious... Possible he can chargeback name.com?

Also can non verfied paypal do chargebacks? Any free credit card gateways you know that accepts credit card payment?

 

The suspicious person might have hacked and used someone else's account and if that be the case, you are bound to lose your domain in a charge back!

Surely, unverified paypal accounts can also initiate a charge back. I am sorry about CC, as I have no on-hand information on your query.

Basically unverfied Paypal's can do chargebacks? Wow very unsafe... What are there chance of winning if buying a Dedicated Server or VPS Server?

 

pay will provide 60 days time to make charge back if he paid via cc is depend on that provider

better use your own for payments and all

 

I don't understand, What is the chance of winning in this case:

1. I buy a Dedicated Server
2. It came very late (It said 24 hours but came after 48 hours+)
3. There was many problems on the server
4. Remote desktop was malfunctioning

Basically I can chargeback for those problems? Will Paypal Limit the account?

 

if your buyer mean there are 90% chance to get this $$ paypal wont limit the account is most cases

i mean paypal dont open temp hold : Investigation automatically untill the fund is clear

There are many people in this world who share the same name so that should not be the problem. As regards the charge back, if you can convince Paypal that the goods delivered was not as per the contract, there is every chance that you can win the charge back as well!

How do I chargeback on Paypal? I payed by CC. You know a 18th birthday? I am underage. Also what if I lose?

 

You can click on the Resolution Centre in your Paypal and proceed as instructed therein, to open a dispute.

If your paypal is unverified, they might ask you for your personal identification documents while processing your dispute case, which might give away you being underage! It is a riskier path, which you intend to traverse... so be careful!

You will not get back your money... nothing more, nothing less! If you are fearing limitation on losing, don't be!

you will not get money. also they may limit your account if they need further clarifications and documents.

 

Are you sure? I see other people doing chargeback and never got limited. Even they was underage.
