Hello, 1) As you've said your Paypal account is verified, you can transfer the funds to your bank account, they send it via Deutsche Bank. If you're withdrawing below INR 7,000, then it 50 bucks and above INR 7,000, it's free. 2) Right now it's not possible to add funds from any of the country's banks to Paypal but they are working on it. 3) Virtual Credit Cards doesn't causes any problems but what's the point in buying expensive Virtual Credit Cards? You can always go for Net+ Prepaid Mastercard from NETELLER. And another problem in VCC is you'll have to change your VCC everytime you run outta funds unless it's loadable. But why shed dollars when you can do it for free.

Though you can use credit card to fund your PayPal. 3) Does VCC cause any problem? >> It's risky as if PayPal asks you to provide credit card statement, then in that case you won't be able to do so. You won't have to re-verify your Paypal once it's been verified. And ofcourse you can add as many or as many times, credit cards you want.
