As I am mostly using Paypal to sell digital Products & Services I need to make few things clear. If the customer pays by Paypal balance & opens a dispute, what kind of proof do I need to give, is providing the proof that the service was done properly will help? And what steps to take to be safe with considerable value transactions? Is there any way so that the buyer can't open a Dispute when paying from Paypal balance? Is Disputes allowed if the buyer pays through echeck? In case of chargeback does Paypal gives us chance to explain things & justify the situation or the money is just taken away without any words, what if I sends some kind of delivery proof to buyer when they pay through CC? In case the user claims of unauthorized access does giving logging location of access IP of buyer and matching it with the address on their account helps? Also does Paypal have option for opening Dispute if the type is selected as Services?
