if you're using wordpress, install a plugin call "XML-Sitemap".
sign up for webmaster (if u don't know what it is, google it)
add your website in the webmaster and verity it
submit your sitemap in the webmaster.

it takes a few days to get your site indexed in google. be patient.
Tips: build some quality backlinks for your domain.

General reasons for a site's de-index are poor quality or by doing malpractices like cloaking. Google will remove a site either temporarily or permanently if it found the site to go against the laws defined by it. So as suggested by 'hyperfac9', use Google's Webmaster Tools. This will help you find out the actual problem. Also this will help you alert any such things happen by whenever such things happen. If Google' WMT locates your problem, modify it and then submit your site for reconsideration. To do this search for 'Requesting reconsideration of your site' and you will see a Google's link having the process in it. All the Best! When you solve the issue or need any help regarding this issue, please share it here.

    Look Forward...
