    Looks unfinished and broken. Fonts should be more consistent. All text in bold doesn’t look good. The logo text is too big.

    I think the link font is strange, and the background blues are a little too dark.

    The left table is broken part way down and isn't lining up properly (in firefox 2.0), also it looks like free or very cheap template to me. I think I would change that sky background image in the text box, as it makes the text hard to read.

    The bold font is used too much. The left table is broken. Not bad besides that.
