Some One Stoled

    Some one hacked ma site database and now he has started site with that database
    so if he also submite his sitemap in google then will it hurt my site position ?
    as all content links will be same :confused:
    pls guide how it can hurt my Google assistance

    Well, just send an email to google telling them about your story. They'll prolly help you out. They too don't like photo-copy of content :)

    I've written to Google before and have gotten an answer from them. It took 4 weeks, but they answered. You may also want to contact the sites ISP and report them.

    It may be a case of he said she said. Go to Google and make screen shots of your last cache pages. This will show that you had the content up first. It may help you with Google but most times they do nothing and you just compete with the same content. If he uses it, you can find out who it is and threaten legal action but in reality this may or may not scare them into taking it down. Otherwise, it is a dirty part of the Internet that you are vulnerable to every time you publish something Online.
