NOT legit at all. Poor quality traffic if not software that automatically clicks. Never had any good experience with these types of companies. Think about this, traffic is expensive, do you think someone would send you 200k+ visitors for $35? Then, also look at their website and see how much traffic they get, I bet it's not much.
