Go through the forum: http://webmasters-forums.com/Graphics-and-Multimedia-f-22.html Or you can approach the member Artmark on there.
you should search for video tutorials I think thats the fastest way to learn... but to become professional you have to practice practice practice...prac.. pr.. p..
my tips is..get the software first..then try to use all the tools at the toolbar. then search for tutorials and free information out there..buy book..and if you are willing to learn, attend a Photoshop Class I would suggest to go to www.graphicdesignforum.com great info there..but first, learn the basic tools and understand the layer concepts..
enrol in a proper course in Graphic Design, tutorials will help you get started, but you wont learn the essentials such as design principles and color. If you can afford it, but yourself a Wacom tablet, number 1 tool for photoshop pros.
there are lots of ebooks to help you out with whatever you need to do. I dont really use photoshop I just use some automatic programs to do the job lol thanks
Try this http://www.pegaweb.com/tutorials/web-design-and-adobe-photoshop-tutorials.htm if u are want 2 start 4rm beganer
Lynda.com has the most complete set of video tutorials, at the most reasonable price ($25/mo), taught by the top gurus in the world. Most titles have the first chapters available for free online. I know more about Photoshop from watching those videos than people I work with who spent 1000s of dollars on Photoshop courses in college.
Google is the best source to find the tutorials Just use my following code without " " "photoshop tutorial filetype: pdf" You will get the pdf files
Being an artist, I know, you need to practice, practice, practice. You still must practice with photoshop, even though it's computer generated. You still need artistic talent to make good artwork with it.
Practice it a lot. Click on everything. That's how I learned. Ask friends. Check out a nearby college with a graphic design dept, or a library, sometimes they offer classes, or free workshops. Or Search. There's probably an ebook or description somewhere. But even with help, be sure to practice it a lot.
