    Some one issued a refund to my Pay pal, that I do not recognize!
    What do I need to do, it is about $50.00

    Any suggestions.

    You had money credited to your account??? Well, don't complaint. Pocket the money and look the other way.
    Seriously, you may want to check who you have sent money the last 3 months and see if one of those may have refunded you your money.

    If you had paid that person in the past, only then would he have been able to refund you. So tracking down that person shouldn't be difficult.

    If you are really worried, just contact the person who refunded the money. Or just send the money back. :D
