some one insult me in the reputition how can i report that to mods ?

Don't post for getting reps.. post for helping people. There will always be people who will try to push you down when you are right, and there will always be people who will pull you up when you are wrong. Consider Rep being the PR Of yourself know what I mean lol. Just post to help people and not for rep once again, rep will come and go and come again anyway

I have been insulted and if not true, it'll only make the insulter foolish

Being an active member of dp, you constantly brush up with good and bad people and I hope this experience teaches you how to deal with people in real life and make you mentally stronger. When I got my first negative rep, I felt very bad but now I have grown up a lot

 

Just ignore it, eventually they'll get bored.
