Some one have problem like this ?

    i am facing problem . Each time i am getting problem with this screen . i can see my account too . i have no limited account everything is fine with account . i think it is technical issue . any one more facing problem like me

    try to clear all you cookies...or just using Ccleaner....
    and the try to re-login back...

    I have the same problem. Keep getting the same message as you. Probably have to wait till paypal fixes it.

    yes, I am getting that message too. Tried logging in several times and managed to do it twice, but couldn't complete the transaction. Looks like a technical glitch on the site.
