Some One Hacked My Account Also Started New Threads Help Me Asap

i am a dp member from feb 09 but today i saw a thread which was start when i was off-line from my username

all though i have changed my pass but how can some one hack in my account is my account not safe plz help and tell me how to be safe on dp even i have a 100% positive rep my account got hack mods plz take a step to my our accounts safe coz if my account can be hacked means every ones account can be hacked

WEll done Einstein...your on the internet, anything or anyone can get hacked/be hacked.

Just make sure you never give your password out, keep it different from passwords on other sites and have a mix of numbers, letters etc. Also make sure you ain't got no viruses or owt on your pc.
