    This means that you can see your website's statistics from your google analytics such as how many visits in your site, page views, referrer pages, etc.

    <META NAME="revisit-after" content="3 days"> it means that the spiders will revisit in 3 days which is fine if you regularly update your content not so good if you dont.

    <META NAME="googlebot" content="index,follow"> It means that the spiders will index all of your pages not just the home page
