Some one don't like me --hacked-and stole my directory

It seems someone--does not like me on the net as he/she hacked one of my directory and stole the database.
    Check -- http://www.dbestdir.com

It lead to a hosting page. If you check the hosting site --it does not look a professional hosting site:mad:

I was having downtime with my other directories too--but fortunately he/she could not do any harm to them.

I am trying to take help from my host --let me see what can be done.

Please be careful everybody-it might happen to you too-
    and also advise me.

Have you contacted your hosting company....

And which hosting site are you referring to?

Why dont you ask your host to load the backup? I am pretty sure they have one.

I do not see a hosting site when I go to http://www.dbestdir.com/
I just see a parent directory with no index page.

That's awful, and I am sorry to hear this.

Do you have any theories on how it was done?

Can you share the hosting company's name?

Best of luck in getting it back up.

Yes you can export the database to a zipped file and download and some times hosting provider may allow you to back up!

I think someone intentionly did that in order to hurt you. afterall, database would be no use for him.

It seems -- the hackers are on the prawl. I am having constant touch with my host.

First thing I did -- I changed the name-servers back. Second thing I am doing -- I am recovering all the data from Google Cache.

It will kill all my time- but I take it a challenge. I'll fully restore my directory --no matter how hard and how long it takes.

Those who have listing there -- PLS DO NOT WORRY.
