Login to your blog as admin, go to the options tab, then click on reading and scroll down to Syndication Feeds, in here choose the option Summary.

This will only give him a few lines through your feeds, he would either have to copy thing manually or move on to a different blog.

Put "copywrite, only for use of http://www.fishing-blog.co.uk/." at the bottom of your site or something and file a lawsuit against them :)

Try telling him as well that he is copying your content. He probably does not know that you know that hes copying.

Then threaten him against copyright suits.

Just like you drag for Cat Fish and Walleye, some people drag for feeds.
Most times it's not personal or intentional.

I have found referrer links on a few different sites, some good, some just adsense feed sites.
Doesn't bother me as long as the link is there.

It will be interesting to see what he says in reply. Its typical, I get a blog going and I am seeing success and this muppet rips me off!!

i'm sure they don't bother with copy and paste... it should be done on more automatic level somehow, through RSS feed, basically as soon as you post something it's on their blog, or shortly after...

put some articles up about the site and the owner on your site, like the site owners name and picture, but use a picture of some backwoods fisherman with two teeth fishing in a swamp or something and talking about how if you dont catch anything just eat the leeches by scraping them off your legs after they get ya - or make something really good up, then it goes right to his site...hehee fun stuff.

if possible add your url in your blog post by linking a keyword to your site. even though they copied your post and you cant do anything about it, at least it would linkback to your site ;)
