Are you saying that you don't want clicks since there's no traffic so you don't get banned?
    Probably not anyway.

If you want to gain traffic, find yourself a niche, and write stuff about it. Don't get too general and write about anything, you won't have regular readers, they'll find another blog writing about the specific stuff they want to know.

Try to write a few quality blog posts everyday, to keep people from coming back and not forgetting about you. Share the blog to people who might be interested.
Do some SEO for the blog posts that have good keywords you'd like to rank high with. Do SEO with the major keywords for your homepage.

Follow these tips, but work hard on really following them, and try to find more tips that will help you.

you need to be a bit more clear, when you mean by no traffic, did you mean less traffic or no traffic at all. If no traffic, then speak to google, otherwise your account might get banned and no reason given.
If you have less traffic, then its better to check out the analytics and find out from where you are getting the clicks. If they are coming from different users and different places, no need to be worried.

Someone keeps clicking your ads or what? If you're sure this is the case, contact Google and tell them about it. They'll take appropriate action ;)

That's what I'd do. Google are pretty smart and I don't suppose they'll think it's you clicking your own ads, but if someone is being mischievous best to let them know.

Could these have been genuine clicks? You never know. Just because you got 7 clicks does not mean that someone was doing something malicious on your site.

Immediately notify to Google about this by using the following link:
    google.com/support/adsense/bin/request.py?contact=invalid_clicks_contact

But make sure that its true and you would be able to justify it with facts through your site's logs.
