Hello I was surfing through some of the domain value estimation webs and realized that most of these are estimating domain value based on some common characteristics which your domain has. Therefore would like to mention those here since I believe these can be helpful for the users seeking domain appraisal

    1. TLD: Which tld belongs to your domain plays an important role in domain appraisal. So far the best tld is .com but it is also possible that other tlds are sold out at fair price e.g. some of the cctlds are very famous such as .de and .co.uk. However, .com is a king which can really help in getting your domain being sold quick.

    2. Search volume: The more your domain has the search volume the more value it has, simply because the more search volume means more demand for the keywords your domain contains

    3. No. of letters in domain: Normally short domains are better than long name domains and are expected to be sold at higher price especially two letter or three letter domains which can be used as acronyms. Many are being used by big companies.

    4. Domain Age: It is also important to see how old is your domain. Normally aged domains are expected to be indexed quicker by famous search engines like google and have higher price as compared to newly registered domains.

    5. Keyword: If your domain has a generic keyword e.g. flower, games etc. it's a gem. But again the length of domain and the meaning of domain in case it is more than one word domain is very important.

Hopefully guys you will like some of the domain value estimation rules I mentioned.

    Thanks,
