It's a great idea, but would you also legally try and stop the person(s) you found uploading the copyright material on the internet? Without legally doing anything legally anyone could do a search on a copyrighted material on google and find numerous results in some cases - I wouldn't want to pay someone who just tells me where that there material(s) have been uploaded illegally.
