Some moron is coping my content and idea of blog, what can i do

    He copied your content but no one will visit him, take down the chat frame.
    his ads are not optimized "newbie".

    Try to contact him, if he didn't delete it report to blogger.

    If he is hotlinking your images you could use .htaccess to send him some alternate versions of your graphics :)

    You have to nip that in the bud. Call an attorney and send a letter. If it isn't taken down in a matter of days, then you have to file a lawsuit. This person, if aggressive, can always say that you were copying his/her content (if they want to be sneaky).

    There are trademark (I know this isn't a trademark violation) laws that state you must aggressively defend your trademark OR the trademark is NOT yours.

    I would stick to this line of thinking in that - if you do not defend your COPYRIGHT, then you forfeit it (not really, but sort of). An attorney's letter is less than $150 - get it done as soon as possible.
