Some members are getting a 404 error?

I run an active membership site, and have had reports from some members that they are unable to login. When they go to the login, put their details in and try to submit the info, they are sent to a 404 page.

It only happens to some members. And it always happens to these same members.

I have plenty of hosting - am using about 25 gig with this site, but have a limit of a lot more than that.

Is it possible that it is putting too much pressure on the cpu? What do you think is causing this problem? It's really bad for business!

If you need any specifics please let me know :)

Since it happens to SAME members, its probably not the hosting server problem.

Try to contact them and ask for browser/OS/sytem specifications. Maybe they got firewall/popup killers/plugins that wont allow the pages to load. If they all got, for example, same firewall or FF plugin, then thats the reason for the error.

Make sure you share what he finds in here, curious to know what could have caused it.
