Some links to www, some just to http://sitename.com

I have links that go to both my website with www and some to the website without. IS this a mistake? Should I forward from just http://sitename.com to http://www.sitename.com?
Am I losing PR and showing up worse for results as they are treated as different pages?

since u know how to do it, that's the answer already.

301 redirect will help you and google to treat as one.

so, if u want to set kentog.com, just set 301 to kentog without www. so, in the future, when browsers come to your site, all will be suggested to use kentog.com, therefore, you will have uniform web address.

also bots and spiders will treat as a uniform address, consequently treating you website as your preferred choice, therefore, helping you in getting better Pagerank and caching of your website, because google webmaster tools treated different on www and without www.

if u ever use google webmaster tools, you can see it.
