    Hello guys,

I've recently requested 100 $ to be redeemed to my ICICI Bank Account from the Money bookers account.
    Date I requested : 28 May 2010
    Amount : $100

My account has been approved and Rs.110 has been charged over it.

But today I got Rs.1.91 deposited into my ICICI Bank.
Is there gonna be another transaction ?
What should I do now ?

    Please help guys,
    Thanks.

Don't they first do a small transaction that you have to report back to them, by being logged into moneybookers and then submit "security code" which is the amount they transferred to you?

Then, when they have verified you have access to the bank account, then they will do the requested transfer.

Sounds weird. As mentioned, talking to their customer care is a good idea.

To have a verified moneybookers account you will need to send them some documents to show proof of your name, address. I think they will ask a copy of your identity card + a copy of a bank statement where your name + address should be clear to read. Everything will go smoothly after that.

    Kind regards,

This hell is the key to future transactions,
you need to tell moneybooker the exact amount which they deposited in your a/c then onwards your a/c is verified & things will be smooth now onwards, keep us posted so other can benefit too.

    Sorry people, Missed the thread.
Well I haven't yet got the expected money. Still discussions are going on.
I'm sure that the mistake was by ICICI..
