    I'm not good at any html/css but im willing to learn.
    i need someone to help build my site.
    Im using joomla and all the templates out there are either too flashy or too showy.
    I need something very simple.

    You could post a specific CSS problem.

    Go find a minimalistic template. If not, get a near minimalistic and customize its look.
