Hello, I am the owner of a website which was using a dedicated linux server as a host. Recently the server has crashed, and is now in "rescue" mode. It seems like all the files are there, however you cannot access them in rescue mode. I am very unfamiliar with this kind of problem, so I need to hire someone who can either restore the server, or who can at least make it so that I can transfer all the files via ftp to another server. Price: $20 I need help with this asap, and someone who knows what they are doing. Thanks!

Hi, I would need some requirements before I can start looking your server problem. -> What OS is running on the system (CentOS, Redhat, gentoo etc..) -> From where you have brought this server (e.g. hostgrator, bluehost,pubdomains.in,buydomainname.in etc...) -> How you know that server in rescue mode (Basically are u able to access the server using ssh or any remote control system like IPKVM) My Email is : - you can send me the details on this email id - I will charge $15 per hour to complete the task - or will give the project cost after getting all the required information. NOTE: if you have direct access of the computer or through IPKVM than try to boot the system using single mode (in lilo you can boot by typing command "single 1" or in grub you have to pass "1" in kernel parameter) Let me know if you are interested.
