Hey guys, im having a problem with a computer running Windows XP. I am trying to install a program on it, the program includes installing a patch. Everything works fine, except when i attempt to install the patch, i get a "Cannot read from source file or disk " error. The patch itself is a simple, "patch.exe" file so i dont know what could be wrong. It works fine on another computer i have, but its running windows 7. The files are from an old program tho. So it shouldnt be outdated or anything. Any Help or Suggestions is greatly appreciated !!!!! Thank You.
